Carey Phillips Travel Fellowship

We continue to award 3rd and 4th year medical students funding to travel abroad and within the US. Funding averages $10,000 annually and will help between 4-14 students.

Medical Student Enrichment Program

We make an annual donation to MSEP, which helps younger medical students develop humanitarian attitudes by assisting in underserved populations.

Medical Information via Telephone (MIST)

We make our annual donation to the MIST program, which provides health professionals across the state access to faculty and staff at UAB Hospital.

The Caduceus Club has continually strived to help medical students and support programs of University of Alabama School of Medicine.

Membership

If you are interested in joining the Caduceus Club, know someone that might be interested in joining, or reactivating your membership, or becoming a Board member, please contact us. We are reaching out to former Travel Fellowship recipients in an effort to grow our Travel Fellowship fund and to increase membership.

Annual membership dues remain at $200. The Caduceus Club is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization and your contributions are tax deductible.
